[In January 1997, the Southampton Town Board voted at their discretion to change the protective zoning at the mostly wooded, 516 acre Bridgehampton Racetrack. (The only disturbed area was around the racetrack.) This violated their own "anti-degradation" policy as sated in the Town Code's "Sole-Source Aquifer" §330-63.
